Reducing your blood Sugar

Welcome once again to my website.

Now I will like to teach you or help you reduce your blood sugar that is skying high, I will try to make it as simple as possible so that you will understand my point and follow them religiously.

I will explain it the way the American Diabetes Association explained it, a type 2 diabetes happens when your body is in need of sugar or glucose for fuel, and there’s a difficult process that makes it possible for your body to utilize that sugar. Insulin, which is made by the pancreas, is the hormone that triggers the cells in your body to take control of sugar.

Beyond the effects of diabetes itself, an unchecked high blood sugar level gradually destroys the blood vessels in your body. This slow, gradual process of harm can lead to a dangerous loss of feeling in your legs and feet, a loss of eyesight, kidney function, and an increased risk for heart failure and stroke. Note that both high and low blood sugar levels are threats to human health.
I'm not saying this to ignite fear in  you, but try as much as possible to know when your blood sugar isn't stable.

Now let me give you this relief; this procedures you will undergo in my next point will help you maintain the stability of your blood sugar level depending on how you ADHERE to it, so try as much as possible to follow it up. let's continue;

Steps to Take to Maintain the stability of Blood Sugar.

1. Exercise: it has been shown that regular exercise help to manage blood sugar levels over time depending on how consistent you are. People that regularly exercise for an hour, or let me say three times a week using aerobic training had improved  diabetes management. So you might ask what kind of exercise do i mean? Well it can be aerobic workouts, maybe sit-ups and any other exercise activity you enjoy doing.

2. Drink Wisely: Most people seem to be addicted to Alcohol. There's a saying that says what tastes so sweet can also kill. Now back to my point, Alcohol can cause an intense rise in blood sugar level and then a drop hours later. I will advice you to stick to moderate amounts and have some solid food with your beverage and also take enough water. People intend to ignore this aspect of daily dieting. Take enough water.

3. Asking More Questions:  Yeah, though it might sound absurd but don’t be shy about asking your doctor or diabetes educator about how to understand blood sugar numbers or for clearer instructions to help stabilize and maintain blood sugar. Procedures to stabilize and maintain blood sugar are most effective when you comprehend how they work and how to use them, answers may be as close as your cell phone.

In conclusion, I wish i could go on and on to give more details on this, but visit Dr. David Andrews, for more help and see how the diabetic disease you have can be stabilized.

Thanks and have a nice day
